Looking for scanner drivers?
Your scanner's
serial number
is a unique, numeric identifier for your scanner. In order to effectively perform most tasks for you (such as maintenance purchase, RMA requests, etc.), we ask that you accurately provide your scanner's serial number.
You can find your scanner's serial number by physically turning the scanner upside down. On the bottom of the scanner, there will be a label displaying the scanner's serial number, among other things. You can also use our
Get My Configuration
page to get the serial number directly from the scanner's firmware (this method is the most accurate).
Below are two images to help you find your serial number, a picture of a VisionX label and a picture of an I:Deal label. The serial numbers are boxed in red. If you have a different scanner model, the serial number itself will probably look different, but the format and layout of the label should still be similar.
A VisionX label. VisionX serial numbers generally start with a "5" or "6" and are 7 digits long.
An I:Deal label. I:Deal serial numbers start with a "1" and are 9 digits long.

You may add additional maintenance to your device while the unit is still under its original factory warranty. Panini does allow a 30 day grace period after the warranty has expired. If the unit is outside of these parameters, it can still be placed under a maintenance agreement, but if the unit is currently broken there is a $50.00 inspection fee plus time and material for parts to get the unit working again plus the one year maintenance fee, otherwise there is a $50.00 reinstatement fee plus the one year maintenance fee.
